A Cut Above Yard Services was founded in 2020 by Connor Laskowski — a Guelph local who started the business at 13 years old with nothing but a lawn mower and a drive to build something real.

What started as a neighbourhood side hustle has grown into a trusted name across Guelph, serving 85+ residential and commercial properties every week with consistent, professional service every season.

What Connor's building next.

The same work ethic that built A Cut Above now powers a few other projects. Connor runs FoundFirst Digital, a Guelph web design and SEO studio building fast, modern websites for local businesses. He also created RaceFinder, Canada's race-discovery site — an interactive map and calendar of every running race, marathon and trail run in the country — and Case Ace, a study platform for business case competitions.
